Dr. Christie Poole is a doctoral-level, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in endocrinology. Her journey in healthcare began in 2000 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) while serving in the United States Army. Following her military service, Dr. Poole pursued higher education, earning an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) in 2009, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2013, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP-BC) in 2018, all from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She culminated her academic achievements with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Degree in December 2021, also from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Dr. Poole is a distinguished member of several professional organizations, including Sigma Theta Xi National Nursing Honor Society, Texas Association of Nurse Practitioners, Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioner, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and American Nurses Association.

Her professional journey led her to an endocrinology clinic in Lafayette, LA, upon completing her MSN and FNP certification, where she discovered her passion for improving patients' health and well-being through specialized care. Relocating to Houston in 2023, Dr. Poole joined the esteemed team at Houston Endocrinology Center, collaborating closely with leading Endocrinologists.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Poole cherishes time with her husband and twin boys. They bond over football on weekends and share a love for travel and camping adventures whenever possible.
